Nice one.

But as usual, we are short of those extra 6 floors to hit 20 floors!!!!

Investors pls, up your game just a little...

All the same, good for our skyline.

Now we are confused which is the actual render. I prefer what Adm.Adama has posted though, hope it will carry the day.

Wish they had moved it closer to the TSS, Bima towers cluster in the background of the last render.
Kenguy, its sad that open space at former Manor hotel (adj to customs hse) someone has been allowed to put up a motor yard. A very strategic location for a city hotel or a tower.... wasted!!!

This is a world class development.....gone are the days when mombasa was a shadow city when compared to nairobi.it is slowly becoming of age
Am still waiting to see more projects this year for mombasa, still it will take long before mombasa can catch up to nairobi from the number of projects lined up for nairobi.
Being a coastal city it has a chance to have a better skyline, and at this era we will expect modern classy and better planned buildings unlike the old buildings from the 70s and 80s in the nairobi main cbd.
