Nice. I walked past the site on my first visit to Croydon in years and thought - this wouldn't be such a bad place to live - lots of cheap office space, a tram to ikea's cafe, quick connections to London Bridge and Victoria. Then checked rightmove and there wasn't really any inner-Croydon flats yet, something that looks like it's about to radically change. If anything the borough target homes above seem ridiculously low, at only about half what is planned for Nine Elms but for an entire borough. If they convert No 1 Croydon (NLA) Tower to flats I'll be moving there in an instant.
It's good a nice soar look to it and features a clever way of differentiating between the office and residental sections on the tower. I'm pleased about the change in materials from as seen on other towers ditto Saffron Square and Morello. But the rear views of the tower look awfully messy.
