Wah......now I finally got slightly more info on Matahari. A few months back I was wondering what is it until someone from Sunway (while visiting Kiara Hills) told me that the project Dato Kasi. :yes:

I think it is nice. However that area are marred by the high tension wires

It's like Kelana Jaya you have pretty good skyline but the cables are one distraction...

Yes, the power cable thingy is a big turn off to many. When developer faces this kind of situation, nothing can they do except making use of the best available layout to entice the buyers, usually by offering large unit, good furnishing and better facilities.
