A mi no me gusta el diseño de estas torres, parecen sacadas de una Avenida de Sao Paulo.

Spain's Grupo Lar Invests $38 Million In Apartment Complex In Mexico

MEXICO CITY -(Dow Jones)- Spanish developer Grupo Lar said Friday it has started building a 413 million-peso ($37.9 million) real estate project in the northern city of Monterrey.

The project, an apartment complex named "Horizontes Ordaz," comprises 164 apartments in two 22-story towers. Its projected to be finished in the third quarter of 2009, the company said in a press release.

Grupo Lar announced in December that it expects to invest $990 million in Mexico this year, up from $617 million in 2007. For residential projects, the company has alotted about $360 million - 25% of which is destined for Monterrey.
"Grupo Lar is betting heavily on Monterrey," said Ramon Estrada, the company's regional director in Monterrey. "We are convinced that it is one of the best real estate markets in the country."
