Brasilia - I was never in ANY LA capital, though in 3 LA countries...
also: La Paz, Caracas, BA would be interesting - and Chile as a country.

Buenos Aires, but also Montevideo and Santiago. And, La Paz maybe, because it offers lots nice natural attractions.

The truth of the matter is, Bolivia has two capitals. La Paz is the "actual" capital; while Sucre, as the so-called "official" capital, is merely a footnote in the grand scheme of things in Bolivia. You see, La Paz is the largest city and commercial center of the country. All government agencies and offices, except those of the Supreme Court (in Sucre) are in La Paz.

Sucre, named after Bolivia's first president would never be mistaken for one of Latin America's most intriguing capitals, while La Paz, at the very least, has international name recognition.

Panama's capital is a vibrant and exciting City. Although I go there every five years, it is such a fast-growing city, I discover several new and fascinating additions each time I return. Panama City is truly a skyscraper city, worthy of recognition in this forum.
