It will never be build.
It's a proposal so why not?
this is probably an architecture student project
not a real project
Yea it's just a proposal.
then why do you post it?

that was the first question that came to mind
We can't post proposals? If so just delete it.
It will get bombed every time they reach building the second floor.
maslawis are the stingiest people out there... as if they'd get something like this.

all the shops inside will lose their money, because everyone tries to bargin.
^^ khabatha bdamak :D, nah but seriously, even though i know this wont be built, i sincerely hope all the best for musul. maslawi are some of the nicest most polite people ive ever met. also, once KRG separate, itll be our only province with great scenery, for holidays and such, we need to take care of it.

Why?

Al-Qaida controls half of the city. You can't even sell a house or a land in Mosul without giving racketeering money for them.

yeah of course they won't *cough*Bullsh!t*cough*, and u should grow a beard, bloody amla6 :D

and Assyrian, stop being a pessimist, were trying to promote iraq as a progressive region for future investment, besides security is no where near as big an issue as 2/3 years ago, hopefully by the time serious projects start getting built, the name al qaeda will cease to be relevant, even in mosul.

WOW. Did not know it was that bad and that they were still operating in the city to that extent. That's terrible. I thought Mosul was just as safe as Baghdad..

They got themselves into that position. The Iraqi army can defeat alqaeda but not when the families in mosul are covering up for them.

I'm not talking about the majority but many people still support alqaeda in some areas.

Ok, thank you for your input. Shame how ignorance has now become the norm among people.
