Beautiful adama.Coast region is really opening up i was talking to a guy today at the Expo from coast and told me that in Mombasa there upto 53 housing and office projects that are to be launched before 2016..so ther is alot of activity. It's sad to see housing projects in Nairobi are falling at a rate of 30 percent because of very high land prices, high intrests rates from banks and land fee was increased more than 50 percent by Kidero..they guy is not seroius!

Mombasa is going to surpass Nairobi in terms of investments due to its very low base. If the city is properly zoned then it will explode with a very beautiful skyline.
Definately it will so that we can have a skyline in Mombasa to match the likes of Hong kong or LA.That would be beauetiful:)

Ocean views?
In my view the best location for this one would have been the creek alongside Tamarin or at Kizingo as a wallpaper to Mama Ngina drive. Nway its a bomb

Pan African housing firm Shelter Afrique has loaned the Kenya Medical Association (KMA) Housing Co-operative Sh740 million to construct houses in Mombasa.

Shelter Afrique in Sh740m deal with doctors’ housing co-op
The five-year loan will be used to build 160 houses in Mtwapa.
The loan, with a 13.5 per cent interest, is the first lending to a cooperative by the AU housing arm.

Shelter Afrique said the loan to the medical professionals’ co-operative was informed by the sacco being its regular borrower.
Looks this project has already received funding from the Shelter Afrique
