Overview
The Concept:
The concept is to provide luxurious accommodation in a clean and friendly environment at the door step of Islamabad. While nestled in the lap of nature, we plan to provide all the urban amenities in a safe and secure environment.

The Project:
Consisting of 4-blocks of apartment, the project is spread over 50 Kanals. The wide range of apartments consists of studios, 2-bed, 3-bed, 3-bed Masonite’s and penthouses with stunning views all around. The plans include exotic landscaping, gymnasium, fishing decks, children play areas, trekking tracks and covered car-parking for 300 cars in two basements.

Location:
Located in a serene and private enclave surrounded by scenic mountains and fresh water streams, it is at a 15-20 minutes leisurely drive from the Serena Hotel / Convention Centre. Don't use the location these morons write. Pakistanis have no concept of how to properly address a property, even though all the information is usually present.

property #, street, city, province, post code is the proper way to address a property.

But Pakistanis do this...
"Flana Plaza....near flana chowk...."
"Flana House....opposite flana bank"

I found the site on Google Maps. It's located near the village of Manga, Tehsil Murree, District Rawalpindi. It's about 8 kilometers east from the Capital Territory/Punjab border and 2 kilometers east of Barhia Town. It's indeed right on the Murree Expressway.

exactly I put it here because I saw on the map that it isn't in ICT and I didn't want to put the name of the settlement nearby so I just put Murree Expressway I hope that's fine. It's neither in Islamabad or Murree just in between.

it's almost complete some blocks are still U/C i don't think it's been handed over yet. I was surprised that there wasn't a thread for this. I just saw an ad for this project repeatedly on TV and decided to make a thread. A little late but I guess it's fine.

People with enough extra money to buy these flats do not like Murree as much because it being so crowded with working class.
If you’re going to invest so much money, you would want the place to be in an area equally good and suitable. A palace in the middle of slums will not attract many investors.
