That's bad. The massing is horrid, the roof even worse.
In a few years; travelling through the Gardiner (if we suppose it will be still around which I'm certain it will) it will be like going through a tunnel. it's gonna be stunning.:tongue2:Are Be said:Yet one more block in the Gardiner saving wall!!
In any event, the volume of buildings - the truly stunning volume in this 'little Vancouver' area - will compensate for any one building's mediocrity.
No, but you can register for 'priority viewing'. It is supposively real cheap, starting around 240-250 per sq foot. But my recommendation if you want to like at Cityplace, buy one of the exisitng Matrix/Apex buildings. Its a lot better situated in my opinion.mini_diesel said:Hey Travis007,

We'll, you probably don't have to wait. It'll be the same 3-4 famous R Bisms that you hear over and over again.mckarisma said:HAHAHA!! Maybe we can start a thread in like 10 years, with all the different ways Are be has said that point about gardiner saving...
Not really, just a lot of bs about how inovative this building should be. You should try looking on the website. www.cityplace.commini_diesel said:Hey Travis007,

I'm thinking of adding "The Great Condo Retail Battle: Rabba Fine Foods vs Kitchen Table!"elliot said:Ever since I put RB on my ignore list, I've enjoyed this forum so much more.
Ease of use. Shorter threads. New thoughts instead of the same old "cut and paste.. I want u to be miserable like me" posts.... it has been truly invigorating... all with one little preference!
