On the edge of the CBD and right in the heart of Windhoek’s vibrancy you’ll find Trift Towers - an investment opportunity that captures the essence of the capital city.

Trift Towers will be the first of its kind, consisting of 82 up-market apartments ranging from Bachelor pads to exquisite Penthouses, starting from as low as N$519 500.

It is the place to be with its astonishing views, spirited city vibe and stylish modern approach.

Acquiring its name from the street it is located on, Trift Street, this apartment block stands tall in a charming yet vibey area that truly captures the pulse of Windhoek’s CBD.

With its own three shops and close proximity to lively restaurants and lounges, Wernhil Park, galleries, Polytechnicon Namibia and the Playhouse Theatre - Trift Towers is the true centre of attention.

Lol not quite but Windhoek does quite well with projects for a city of barely 300,000.

Ja Dysan, how about a little love for MC's work on the Nam forum, before tearing him down?

Honestly, these Singaporeans!

Extremely well actually! It's seen more action in one year than Centurion in 30.

Centurion is hardly a reasonable comparison ;)
Both have 300k people more or less ;) But yeah, beyond that there isn't much in common.

One is a capital city, the other easily forgotten ;)
One has malls and is in the richest area of Africa, the other is in a desert ;)
