check out google maps. The squared streets area north of the Chang Jiang River in Pukou district...

This will be the first skyscraper development north of the river in the city. When i was in Nanjing i once walked across the bridge to the other side and it was less developed than the southern side where most of the city is. It is great to see the city now spreading more over. Maybe in a few years it can have a feeling a bit more like wuhan with skyscrapers on both sides. While still different with the river so wide. On satellite the area indeed looks like we are in for a treat. Everything is set for construction.
