Available on a freehold basis, real estate and property services leader Asteco has won the sales contract for the exclusive project.
Due for completion by the fourth-quarter of 2008, the development comprises six deluxe five-bedroom villas, each covering an approximate area of 7,803 square feet.
'Targeting UAE nationals who have large families and an eye for design and quality, each property will be the crown the owner wears. With the largest and tallest towers being launched daily, the developer felt the need to create a residential property that is personal, private and exclusive,' said Damian Hill, Asteco's Sales Team Leader in Abu Dhabi.
'Each villa has been carefully planned after a market study into what makes an ideal living environment. Being limited in number, we expect demand to be high. Asteco are proud to have won this contract.'
The Wahat Al Sahra development is conveniently located with easy access to Abu Dhabi city, Al Raha Beach and the Abu Dhabi International Airport.
Construction is set to commence in October 2007, and Archigramm (German-based independent team of architects and planners with more than 16 years experience) have been appointed as architects and consulting engineers for the project. Tenders for the construction contract are currently being prepared.
Each villa boasts five spacious bedrooms, all with ensuite facilities. Great attention to detail is laid on functionality and comfort for homeowners. Every villa comprises a lavish majlis area, maid's room, double garage with a driver's room, a private swimming pool, spacious terrace, laundry facilities and a fully equipped kitchen with appliances.
The project also has an attractive payment plan. Designed keeping potential buyers in mind, the project requires a booking deposit of only 10 per cent, followed by gradual instalments that are linked with construction progress. Final payment is made only when the project is completed.
The Wahat Al Sahra project is being developed by ARAS Real Estate, a German/ Arab Property Development Group.
