Orleans Parish (Eye of Storm Hit Eastern Part of Parish): July, 2005: 198,232 May, 2012: 171,076
Jefferson Parish: July, 2005: 187,612 May, 2012: 184,053
St. John the Baptist Parish: July, 2005: 14,555 May, 2012: 15,833
Plaquemines Parish: July, 2005: 8,439 May, 2012: 8,143
St. Charles Parish: July, 2005: 14,847 May, 2012: 16,318
St. Bernard Parish (Eye of Storm Hit): July, 2005: 25,604 May, 2012: 15,391
St. Tammany Parish: July, 2005: 83,467 May, 2012: 94,010

Totals: July, 2005: 532,756 May, 2012: 504,824

Looks like New Orleans is on pace to full recovery by 2014...9 years. Most said 10 year recovery, we should beat it by 1 year and return to positive growth and surpass pre-storm numbers by late 2014.
