Looks like New Orleans is on pace to full recovery by 2014...9 years. Most said 10 year recovery, we should beat it by 1 year and return to positive growth and surpass pre-storm numbers by late 2014.

This is awesome news. Now if only Detroit could get something rolling like New Orleans. Now as far as population decline, when will that surpass previous numbers? I know New Orleans was declining before Katrina.
