Another highrise for the Upper East Side. This new tower will likely need to conform with the new 'void area' legislation and floor height limits that will be imposed by the city and state, so we'll have to see if it will remain this tall with under 40 floors.

The proposed 449-foot-tall development will yield 208,881 square feet, with 205,877 square feet designated for residential space and 3,033 square feet for commercial space. It will have 86 residences, most likely condos based on the average unit scope of 2,393 square feet.
