It looks great, but it would be greater if it was a square. It looks like it belongs in Atlantic City on the fat side. But maybe it would be too skinny if it was square? Maybe we can design 22 Thames Street as a taller, square version of this.:lol:

Nice. I'm happy it isn't square. There are quite enough box designs in NY, allthough some look very good.

Since NY is so huge, it has way more non- boxy towers than any other city. Non-boxy towers are a relatively new thing.

Although the original design was amazing, this is really nice too! I can't wait to see what the developer does at its site near Bloomingdales. I'm pretty sure it will be a supertall.

Indeed, they should've carried on the indentations upwards to create sort of a flared crown separated into 4 bits
