The new Brochure is online, and it looks great. Www.nydailynews.com also has great renderings in connection with an article re: today's groundbreaking. It states that Ross has enough tenants for the north tower and that announcements will be forthcoming.

Coach, the fashion company, has purchased 750,000 of the 1.2 million square feet of the first office tower for an international headquarters. Related reports more than 80% of that building already committed. Ross said he is close to signing several tenants to a another structure that will be higher than the Empire State Building.

Also, with these renderings of the public space I think it's fair to say this and the WTC are my favorite projects anywhere in the world, and if it weren't for the Transit Hub at the WTC, this might take the cake. Transforming what's shown below, into what's shown above, I am literally speechless.

For me it's a tie! They both look great! I think these renders are a whole lot better than any of the World Trade Centers. And these will probly be built before 2 & 3 WTC. This has definitely caught my attention!
Can somebody tell me what those 2 other towers are for? I've never taken an interest in them until now so I don't know to much about them.

When you say the other two I assume you mean the two on the left in the picture below?

The one on the far left, aka the one with the clover in the middle will be apartments below the corset, and condos above.

The second to the left, the one that looks like Trump Tower in Chicago, will be mixed use, and will house Related's new HQ, the developer of this whole thing. Details below.
