Larry is known for 'affordable' designs. I fully suspect this will be a brutally awful piece of architecture, slightly better than the Kaufmann crap, but not much. Larry and design doesn't go together. The man is not aesthetically aware.

Floor count does not have a direct affect on height. It's all about the height of the floors, not how many there are.
