Then again, the design that I had posted was subsequently removed from Visual House's website.

I don't think that something so grandiose will rise here. This site is adajecent to traffic-choked entries and exits to the Lincoln Tunnel.

I'd say 1100 feet is pretty grandiose, if that happens

This building is not 106 floors.

hmm my mistake didn't see two pages back but it probably won't be 106 real floors unless they're really tiny floors. High ceilings seem to be in these days.
