This tower won't offer luxury apartments, hence the low ceiling. You can't compare this project to the 57th street supertalls, where several 400m+ towers to the roof have a low floor count.


PS: floor count and height are not final.

Floor count does not have a direct affect on height. It's all about the height of the floors, not how many there are.

IMO not quite yet, to the east of the property there are still about 4 floors to be demolished and on the west side it seems that the machinery is still working on removing debris rather than pilling or digging.
