Damn. My gut says that's too good to be true (those are the same architects who designed that beautiful hotel in Brooklyn that was never really intended to be built), but I hope to hell I'm wrong.

If copying old designs is your problems I don't see how you'd prefer the first concept.
That's a shame, this building would be just amazing for NYCThat's a stunning proposal, but I highly doubt that it will be built. This is a lousy location next to the Lincoln Tunnel. Silverstein will go with a cost-effective design.
Then again, the design that I had posted was subsequently removed from Visual House's website.
Or the leaked got plugged...The fact that Visual House recently removed the image that I had posted from its website suggests that maybe it was an old design.
