One Beacon Court is New York’s most prestigious new Upper
East Side residential address. Finely sculpted from glass
and steel, the reflective surfaces produce a brilliant display
of luminous effects. An elliptical shaped light-filled courtyard,
inspired by the curves of the Pantheon, provides you with
an oasis of exclusivity and security. A private lobby entrance
from the court leads to your home high above the most
incredible city in the world. Prominently positioned, there
are panoramic views in every direction.

This one is coming along nicely. I like the curved part near beacon court.
Very cool pictures. I thought it was only 806ft though.
whoa i didn't know they were this much unfinished..
^^they are pretty much done, the first pictures must have been from a little while ago. They still have inside work to do, but the building has been topped out for quite some time
the penthouse doesnt seems so big. How many sq meters?
^^That's a penthouse.

Damn, who owns that prime piece of property?
whenever see some updates in NY, i have to check it out.Realli good building, with AMAZING curved part at the entrance:)
Looks good. I have to visit it next time I go to New York.
that's one craaazy penthouse!

im not sure if i'll like the feeling of being cooped up in a giant glass box though...
I dont really like this much, the ledges on each floor make it look lumpy, would have been better as a sheer face I think.
How much is 856 ft in metres? :?

Looks quite good.
I used to like Pelli's towers, however, this one is an exception.Apart from the base, the rest of the structure doesn't appeal me.
I read somewhere on at SSP that the 856 ft height is the height above sea level, and the height from the ground is actually 806 ft (246 m)
is it just me or is this towers facade and design almost the same as Sydney lattitude tower (also recently completed)
