Unless you mean from your source AS+GG had in fact privately unveiled a design to the developer and Nordstrom and they requested AS+GG to go back to the drawing board??

In answer to both of your questions: No, I have no clue what the final height will be, and I imagine AS+GG are tweaking their original design. Hopefully making it taller.

I bet you the re-design has to do with the purchase Extell made a couple weeks ago. The purchase of that narrow Beethoven Piano shop located behind that supermarket being currently being razed!

I am positive that purchase is allowing Barnett to go even more higher while redesigning it by incorporating that newly purchased space into the base of the tower.
