How do I get virtual earth?

Maybe I'll ask again... How do I get this Virtual Earth? Did you guys buy it? Is it part of google earth or what?

Just run Google Earth and turn on 3D buildings, you can also change the view angle so it seems like being in that city.

yeah, I know about the 3d buildings... but I've never seen them with texture and colour. I can only see the buildings as big white buildings...
