This is exactly how I thought this would play out. The developer hypes up his tower to be a real architectural gift, and it ends up being good but not great. If he hadn't said anything about the design I bet people would be loving it.

the architects of these modern skyscrapers get almost all the props, the engineer need to have way more! skyscrapers these day aren't as tough has the square ones in the 70s, all the architects now says leave huge a mounts of glass on the out side of buildings, these new building aren't as safe as we think
