Going by official height it's behind Chrysler plus the BoA and NYT towers. So 5th.

Went all around Manhattan yesterday and this thing is huge. I always thought the renders exaggerated its' size but not so. It really does tower over Central Park.

And you can see it and the crane on top of it from the Brooklyn Bridge.

I really, really can't wait until 225West57 joins it.

Extell Development Company held a "topping out" ceremony Wednesday at ONE57, which, when completed, will reach a record 1,004 feet, officially making it the tallest residential building in New York City.
