See the Empire State Bldg-- left of it is the Chrysler, then the three needles of NY Times-BofA-4TimesSq, and just left of them, in the foreground not quite hidden by that treebranch, you can see the tower of this church

The whole panorama only covers about 26 horizontal degrees; on the computer I'm looking at, one screen-width is 4 degrees. (If you want to check yours, it's 4.17 degrees from the 4 Times Sq antenna to the Metropolitan Life tower at 24th St, with the Empire State Bldg almost exactly halfway between them. 4.17 degrees is the field of view of a 494-mm lens on a 24x36 mm camera.) The photographer is at about 40.80318 N 74.23796 W, 22.1 km from the Empire State Bldg.

this picture clearly shows the four skylines of nyc: midtown, lower manhattan, brooklyn and jersey city. amazing pic... :drool:

New York is Fabulous, is a city that welcomed me with great affection
