actually it's not a tourist campaign,it mainly aimed at luring Hong Kong professionals to emigrate to Singapore,taking advantage of the uncertain political environment loomed over Hong Kong after the June 4 incident.
the catchword '哪里会是个天堂,新加坡!’was very popular those days.
