I.e. I didn't want to be caught up in semantics (and debates) with the other aerial thread - so this one is explicitly for pics from airplanes, and it will be ok to post landscapes here as well.

And I'll start this thread with
some pics showing a Billund (airport, western Denmark) approach here in July
(Sort of off topic in the context of skyscrapers, I know - and then again, perhaps not - tells a little about the landscapes we have cities in here in Denmark).
And eventually, I am sure that others will catch on, and post some cityscapes in this thread as well (decide for yourself whether this thread or the "N&B city aerials" thread is the best fit for the post).

If I´m not mistaken then its the lake Tissø in the foreground with the smaller Skarresø and Madesø also visible, the very tiny peninsula that sticks out in the water (Storebælt) is Reersø.


Its then Musholm Bugt (bay) and the other peninsula is Halskov.


If the picture (or is it the weather) was more clear it would have been possible to see Storebælts broen because the tiny strip of land that its visible on the other side of the water is the island of Fyn.
