That looks like a really decent proposal and it would be a great addition to the Southside to expand the city centre towards the Trent. If the render is anything to go by, the brick façade looks great.

I'm really enjoying the recent proposals for this part of the city. Much better than what other places get, although it seems that a trend of good-looking modern buildings is finally beginning to appear everywhere.
