Brisbane's system allows for flexiblity and that fit's in with his agenda. Sartor is flexible when it comes to approving developments, even if some of us here don't agree with him on it.
But isn't the S.A model already adopted by the Central Sydney Planning Committee that review DA's for major city developments? I like the idea as it does provide guidelines for proper planning for our city.
