Located off the New Malindi Road, Nyali View Park Apartments are exclusive apartments specially developed to house the Mombasa low and middle income classes in an effort to eradicate the acute shortage of housing supply within the Mombasa metropolitan city and its peripheries. I saw the location yesterday! it right at Bombolulu and seems they are about to take off! It will surely change the face of Bombolulu.

Its unfortunate though that private developers can stretch their wallets to change Mombasa but the government does nothing at all about the status of the roads! They should dual Lights-Mtwapa for once!!!

Its high time someone mobilizes Mombasa residents to spill the streets in protest to force the govt to change our roads also, like it does for Nairobi......

I am still of the conviction that there should be a mandatory 4 lane road separating the beaches and the hotels or any such development. This would make the beaches truly public and also give Mombasa, Both South and North Coast the badly needed skyline. Instead of a max of 0ne floor Hotels, we can thereby have upto 50 floors like Dubai thereby drastically increasing the bed space and reducing accommodation costs.

The Kenyan Coast Skyline to be lit by a new development.

The Kenyan coast is famed for among other things, expansive white beaches, world-class hotels, hospitality and a relative peace of the years.

To own a house here will cost Kenya shillings 10 million for a three bedroomed apartment and Kenya shillings 9 million for a two bedroomed, which makes them very affordable in such a prestigious neighbourhood housing the crème de la crème in the Coastal town of Mombasa.

The luxurious apartments come with all the upper class trappings including a grandiose lounge and dining, open plan fitted kitchen with some opening to the laundry, inbuilt wardrobes in all the bedrooms, a landscape garden, perimeter wall complete with electric fence and cable circuit cameras. Additional utilities include a supermarket, a gym complete with changing rooms, footpaths, a swimming pool, restaurant and a dedicated Wi Fi connection.

Unlike many apartments in Kenya the luxurious Nyali view park apartments will also be fitted with lifts for easy movement of both goods and people.
The construction is ongoing and the expected date of completion is September 2016.

our cries are only heard by private developers, I applaud you all! we decry poor state of our roads in Mombasa can the GOVT shape up lights-kikambala rd by dueling it?
