Porque Canela 0,2 graus e Gramado 4 graus? haha!
Pq no minimo deve ser a estacao do Castelinho(ou similar) que fica numa baixada(no meio do nada) e ai a temp fica menor em dias de ceu limpo e pouco vento.

Private peninsula with nature reserve and beach front for sale in Southern BRAZIL....

Published on 10 May 2014

This stunning peninsula of approximately 1,000 square kilometers (100.000 hectares) is for sale along with all its numerous natural beaches, natural vegetation and beautiful sand dunes. In the southern most region the peninsula is approximately 5 km wide and in the north 15km wide.
Bordering on the one side are endless stretches of beautiful beaches and on the other side lake "Mangueira". Lake Mangueira is declared as a nature reserve by the state to preserve the peninsula with its fauna and flora.

Due to its enormous size, individual beaches may be bought. This peninsula lends itself to various types of projects, big and small. It is a unique opportunity with endless possibilities.

Part of the charm of the peninsula lies in the fact that it is totally private, yet is located near the border of Brazil, and not too far from the famous exclusive resort of Punta del Este in Uruguay.

At this time the peninsula is only accessible by 4 wheel drive, boat or helicopter. The nearest international airport is in Porto Alegre in Brazil. The international airport of Punta del Este, Uruguay is also easily accessible. Montevideo, Uruguay is 400 km away and the distance to Buenos Aires, Argentina is about 500 kilometers.

The total area of the Peninsula is part of the municipality of Santa Vitoria do Palmar in Brazil and is free to plan for various projects.
Registered in RGI (Registro Geral de Imoveis, Santa Vitorio do Palmar). This is a small town with about 32,000 inhabitants.

All construction projects on the peninsula would be approved by the Regional Building Department and the Environmental Protection Agency.
