Highly recommend (local ABC reporter) Casey Pratt's YouTube channel for news/ OpEd on the whole A's ballpark situation. NBC Sports Net anchor Brody Brazil's channel is another well made one that focuses heavily on the A's etc.

Pie in the sky without an anchor tenant. No NFL team is moving there and expansion isn't in the conversation at all. Not even at 18 games yet.
