This is our flagship project. It is a 33- hectare, fully fenced and gated estate situated along the Alpha Beach / Lafiaji Coastal Road , off Lekki-Epe Expressway, five minutes drive from Chevron's Headquarters. It has approximately 201 plots of various sizes, none of which is less than 800sqm.
