Lebanese Jewish sudents coming back from the Alliance Israélite school.

Lebanon had a small jewish community (6000) that was concentrated around Wadi Abou Jmil st between Bab-Idriss and Kantari. They all left during the war :eek:hno:

In 1972, I was in 12e (my first school year) at College de LaSalle (demolished in 1973) near the Holiday Inn, one of my friends was Elliot Zeitouneh, a Lebanese Jew. We were 6 y.o. and I still remember his name...
