We start our little walk in the western, more residential part of Old Montreal.

I was not the only one taking picture today...

The new Phenix glass tower looms over older buildings

Now, we move towards the more central part of the neighbourhood.

Maybe the oldest costume shop on the continent?

Now we're getting into the more touristy part, around City Hall and Notre-Dame

Le Cirque du Soleil will launch the world tour of its newest show next month. The Bip Top is up already.

This gorgeous and huge old art-deco warehouse is being transformed into luxurious condos.

I guess you don't get much more touristy than that. But what the Hell, it's pretty.
