I am looking for funding for a G+5 story building in Old Town Mombasa.
I have all plans approved + Museum approval. Looking for an investor/Developer willing to fund the project.

23 units, 3 bedrooms, 2 washrooms each w/ parking.
Property is located in the centre of old town.
Unit sizes range from 1190 sqft -1420 sqft
This will be the Jewel of old town.
