Hi guys ,
I went there last week also , , , unfortunately its not moving that fast as I expected, They are not pouring concrete on the foundation due to some reason.I will go there again this thursday and post some pics.If no progress , I m thinking to stop further payments.I amde already 50% so far.

I think rufi has completed ( or almost ) their project in international city, and are going to hand over somewhere in jun 09.

well, I think u can immediately rent it out as soon as it gets handed over, From Jun end , falak projects in sports city will be starting to rent as they will be handing over, just next to it , IMPZ started renting from last 4 months , and motor city just across rufi twin tower started renting from last month .
Infrastructure is ready , only there is no walking distance shopping areas and necessities , but that ll come with time , like that there is still nothing and no chance in Discovery garden and almost 1500 familie s are staying tehre

no, A tower work is going on at a slow pace ( only 2 floor in a month ) and B tower only 1 floor in a month. Yesterday I spoke to the engineer at site and he told tht they removed a set for a month or two thats why work is slowed and it will affect the completion date also. but work is in progress at a slow pace. we will know the reality at the end of the month.
