Rufi unveils Dhs250m twin towers in Dubai
RUFI Real Estate has entered the UAE real estate market with the launch of a residential project, Rufi Twin Towers, at the Dubai Sports City complex.
The group is planning to launch three more projects in Dubai, together costing Dhs750 million. Rufi Twin Towers will be completed in 2008 with an investment of Dhs250 million.
The Rufi Group has extensive experience in the development of diversified projects, including high-rises, commercial and shopping centres, townhouses and independent villas in Canada, North America and Pakistan.
Customers will have a choice of studios, one bedroom, two bedroom and three bedroom apartments.
"A resident will enjoy an Olympic sized swimming pool in the garden, fully equipped gymn and aerobics, children's play area, banquet hall for 1200, and a two level basement parking lot," said Rufi Group President Manzoor Ahmed Rufi.
Residents will also have access to shopping malls, cafes, restaurants and an 18-hole championship golf course.
