One of them will be the Transcorp Hilton in Ikoyi which will be built on Glover Road.

FINALLY Hilton comes to Lagos. I know there have been many Airport Hiltons in the pipeline.....but they were never realized.
There will be a Transcorp Hilton in Ikeja as well (and in Port harcourt).

I'm glad to see I'm not the only non-house slave on here, this is Africa not England, not only that but Nigeria is supposed to be the pride of Africa yet they insist on naming everything they build after their white colonial slave masters in the year 2014, it's embarrassing and disgraceful.

Are you an African-American? You sound like one. Have you dropped your 'slave name' and adopted an African name, and if not, why not?

I was right the building along Kuramo was the Rose of Sharon Towers.

I think about everything owned by Mrs. Alakija (purportedly the richest black woman) is named "The Rose of Sharon" (including her foundation for widows and orphans).

Rose of Sharon Kuramo

Julius Berger is constructing the Rose of Sharon a high-rise building directly at the waterfront in Victoria Island, Lagos. The project includes an apartment tower with 13 storeys and underground parking, a 4-storey office building and a pool area. Due to the proximity to the water, a special ground works design was developed by geotechnical specialists.

Approval has been granted for a US$6 million investment in the initial phases of the project. This will include: land surveys; securing the transfer of the project land into a special purpose development company; engaging a professional team for designs required as part of the planning approval process and the production of tender documentation.
