Ugh! If you are referring to those restaurants beside the JMT building, I'd rather they stay just the way they are (plus I lilke going there). I'm not really keen on having a tall building there as it will diminish the presence of the existing buildings.PhilRealty emerges from rehab, unveils expansion outside Metro Manila

PhilRealty is set to begin work on El Pueblo, a one-hectare mixed-use project with a retail anchor within the Ortigas business district.
The redeveloped property will now include office, residential and service apartment components.
I believe this El Pueblo project is the current El Pueblo Real de Manila (A.K.A. El Pueblo) commercial complex at the corner of Julia Vargas Ave. and ADB Avenue finally being redeveloped.
Finally, after BDO Corporate Center, some much needed office space in the pipeline for Ortigas Center.
Plus a retail anchor means traffic galore on an already heavy traffic area. Its also madness given that part of Ortigas is over-retailed already with SM Megamall, the Podium (which is expanding), and so on.
