The ring road should go along the rail corridor between Hunt Club and Walkely, with exits at 417, Conroy, Airport Parkway, (maybe bank), Mccarty, and Riverside. Then it should meet up with West Hunt Club road (an exit there to access Prince of Wales), and follow that alignment to the 416, with exits at Merivale, Woodroffe, Greenbank, and 416.
An inner ring road in that alignment would take the strain off of Hunt Club, Heron, and Walkely, which are all quite busy during the rush hours.
The Vars to Kars outer ring road would not be a good idea... traffic is already adequately served by roads 8,6, and 4.
