So the back/corner portion of this is nearly complete. The portion that is being completed has General Business Zoning, its likely it will be offices (but in terms of GB zoning could be residential) with the balance of the site being residential and built when the resi market is stronger. Yes, it's only the small little bit at the back that they are starting with to "test" sales, if they go well they will tackle the main tower block which is also resi but obviously just much bigger & upmarket.
