Beside Brixton Condo?
If we'll gonna try to look on the map, there's a vacant lot beside Brixton Place condo so it might be the possible site for Fairlane Residences.

Katabi yata to ng Brixton. Ano ba yan DMCI paano na yung Antipolo view ng Brixton. Hindi pa nga natayo natakpan na!

Yung katapat na lot sa picture ang possible site ng Fairlane.
Ganun talaga. Mataas demand. I guess dahil super successful benta ng Brixton ni launch agad to.

Siguro ang least chance ma block ang view are the units facing BGC (unless benta ng Tanduay lot nila) at yung end units facing Antipolo kasi puro residential units kaharap (less chance mabili, and maybe iba zoning?).
Most prolly yung facing brixton nga yung lot ng Fairlane. It doesnt make any sense na "Fairlane" residences sila tho. Sana palit nalang sila ng name ng Brixton. Malabo ata na sa Tanduay lot ng project na to coz its sobrang laki ng lote na yun. x5 ata ng lote ng Philex Mining. :cheers:

Exactly; kung dyan nga itatayo yan, dapat nagswitch nga ng pangalan :) Although technically, the address is correct kase I'm assuming same title sila so they're both along Brixton Street (or W.capitol Drive), corner Fairlane :lol:

O baka naman mali pala tayo at yung lot pala ay yung Glee Electronics Warehouse across Asia Brewery :lol:. Kapag 'yan, Fairlane na talaga 'yan :lol:

My agent said likod daw ng Brixton and most likely the amenities would be side by side to maximise clearance between Brixton and this. So in short, it is not really along Fairlane street. Sana lang mali agent ko.

And this will be branded as premium daw. Branded is operative word because they are looking to price this way above Brixton when it was launched a year ago - but if you think about it, now there will be 3 towers crammed into that lot. And if it would have the same architecture as Brixton, then paano naman maging premium to?

Maybe because their amenities will be bigger? Its just a 1 tower with half of the Philex Mining lot. Yung amenities ng brixton pang 1 tower lang dapat eh, its too small.

IIRC, may premium na sila sa may Entertainment city. Oak Harbor?

I'm not sure if babagay mag tayo ng luxury condo sa area.. But why not? :lol:
