not even sure why others are branding this project as 'premium' because the price increase looks reasonable to me without necessarily branding it differently from other DMCI development for mid markets. Brixton's current 'developer price' for 3-BR, for example, is at 6.5M to as high as 7.6M. Fairlane's mimimum price for 3-BR is pegged at 7.5M. Tingin ko po tumaas ang price dahil less dense ito, merong 12 elevators, maaring effect of TRAIN, property valuation, the ongoing Sta Monica bridge construction etc. pero hindi dahil ito ay premium. Fairlane is already up on DMCI's website; same building and unit features, no indication that this is premium and DMCI has no 'premium' brand, only 'exclusive'.
