They started to increased sa Kai and Prisma pa lang nag shoot up na ng 7M to 7.6M ang 3BR nila. Naglelevel up na ang price ni DMCI and hoping maglevel up na rin ang elevator nila :nuts:

Premium but not categorize as Exclusive. Oak Harbor branded as their Exclusive development kaya sobrang mahal. At ang price per sqm ni Oak is about 180K per sqm. Sobrang laki ng difference niya sa upcoming Fairlane. Eto baka upgraded lang ng standard nila like Kai and Prisma ang difference lang low density kase 1 tower lang at malalaki ang cut ng unit. There's no 1BR here and only 22units per floor. And I heard 3 pools ito, kiddie pool, lounge pool and lap pool. Half court nga lang ang basketball. Baka finishes at fit out ng unit baka mas upgraded compares sa hindi Premium.

Definitely kung 50 floors pa nga ito, pero amenities pa rin naman ang harap ng Brixton. Malamang kaya kinuha na rin ng DMCI ang buong property para hindi ibang developer ang makapagpatayo dyan. Mas mahirap na pag iba malamang hindi amenities ang ihaharap nila sa Brixton.
Is this blocking th Brixton Tower?

Same with Sheridan to, may pool deck.
is it true that almost 70% was acquired by a foreign buyers in this property (japanese and chinese buyers)? hindi na ba nasusunod ang 60/40 ratio? :bash:
