^^ agree mahal sya for a 7 million worth 3 bedroom versus sa Brixton last year which was 5.5 to 6 million i think
almost same size sa amenities like Brixton including the half court, un nga lan 1 tower magshe share while Brixton 2 towers which more densed
Actually pwedeng isang project lan ang brixton and fairlane alisin lang nila un division ng wall sa gitna. Not really sure bakit pinaghiway, ayaw nila maglagay ng full sized basketball sa gitna?

I am just imagining na they will construct all 3 towers and remove the division in between then make the basketball court full instead of half court ano kaya kakalabasan?

Anlaki ng itinaas RalphYes, Nagmahal nadin kasi mga construction materials compared to the pricing 2 years ago (Brixton time) even other developers nag taas nadin but if we compare it, DMCI parin ang lumalabas na mura price per sqm.
