Based on the ads by their agents, this project would be a premier condo development by DMCI.
As per our DMCI broker coordinator, this project will be beside Brixton, to the northeast of Brixton. The lot being occupied by Philex Mining is the location of this project. Project is a single tower and will be similar to The Amaryllis in E. Rodriguez in terms of unit offerings (2BR and 3BR only). Launching date is being finalized though in house agents and DMCI accredited brokers like myself will have a briefing around this coming week or the first week of February.

I'll PM anyone who wants to know the exact location of this new DMCI Kapitolyo project.

Oh by the way mods, kindly temporarily rename this to new DMCI Kapitolyo project for the meantime while we wiat for its License to Sell from HLURB to be released. Thanks!
Medyo mahal nga daw ang pricing nito compared to other DMCI projects.

They started to increased sa Kai and Prisma pa lang nag shoot up na ng 7M to 7.6M ang 3BR nila. Naglelevel up na ang price ni DMCI and hoping maglevel up na rin ang elevator nila :nuts:

Parang ang liit naman kung yan ngang may smaller green roof ang magiging site nitong Fairlane Residences.
What distinguishes a premium DMCI development like Oak Harbor with other DMCI projects? The 12-elevator plan of Fairlane sounds good. Oak Harbor has intercom and fiber optic cables. What else do we expect from Fairlane?
Premium but not categorize as Exclusive. Oak Harbor branded as their Exclusive development kaya sobrang mahal. At ang price per sqm ni Oak is about 180K per sqm. Sobrang laki ng difference niya sa upcoming Fairlane. Eto baka upgraded lang ng standard nila like Kai and Prisma ang difference lang low density kase 1 tower lang at malalaki ang cut ng unit. There's no 1BR here and only 22units per floor. And I heard 3 pools ito, kiddie pool, lounge pool and lap pool. Half court nga lang ang basketball. Baka finishes at fit out ng unit baka mas upgraded compares sa hindi Premium.

Is this blocking th Brixton Tower?

Definitely kung 50 floors pa nga ito, pero amenities pa rin naman ang harap ng Brixton. Malamang kaya kinuha na rin ng DMCI ang buong property para hindi ibang developer ang makapagpatayo dyan. Mas mahirap na pag iba malamang hindi amenities ang ihaharap nila sa Brixton.

Same with Sheridan to, may pool deck.
If the layout is accurate, I think it will partly block Brent but units on the right most wing (Capitol Drive) might potentially still have an unobstructed view.
