Price is so much higher than the launch price of BrixtonBixton Part 2 ��
Is it really coz of it being premium or coz prices of construction materials have gone up?
^^mas ok kung ang brixton & Weston /fairlane mag share na lang ng amenities ok lang sa akin:lol:almost same size sa amenities like Brixton including the half court, un nga lan 1 tower magshe share while Brixton 2 towers which more densed

If that happens they will have shared amenities. Have Pros and Cons. Not sure if Brixton/Fairlane residents will be happy about it. Different PMO office seems to have different rules with usage of their amenities.Actually pwedeng isang project lan ang brixton and fairlane alisin lang nila un division ng wall sa gitna. Not really sure bakit pinaghiway, ayaw nila maglagay ng full sized basketball sa gitna?
Yes, Nagmahal nadin kasi mga construction materials compared to the pricing 2 years ago (Brixton time) even other developers nag taas nadin but if we compare it, DMCI parin ang lumalabas na mura price per sqm.^^ agree mahal sya for a 7 million worth 3 bedroom versus sa Brixton last year which was 5.5 to 6 million i think
